The present document expresses the terms and conditions that Hotel La Fuente generates when making a reservation. Likewise, by reading this document, the guest accepts the following terms and conditions:

By making a reservation at Hotel La Fuente, the guest agrees to the following points:

1. Reservation Policies

  • All reservations are subject to availability.
  • The confirmed rate will only be honored on the date the reservation was requested, under the conditions and room type selected.
  • The hotel may request a guarantee through a credit card or advance payment.

2. Payment Policies

Reservations can be:
  • Paid (guaranteed).
  • Not paid (unguaranteed).

3. Cancellations and No Show

  • Paid reservations: They can be canceled free of charge with a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the arrival date. In case of canceling outside of this period or no show, a charge of 100% of the first night or the total stay, as applicable, will be made.
  • Unpaid reservations: They will be automatically canceled at 6:00 PM on the day of arrival if the guest has not shown up or guaranteed the reservation.

Promotions "Up to 60% Off"

Promotions will be subject to the following terms:
  • 4.1 Discount nature: The advertised percentage corresponds to a range that goes from a minimum discount to a maximum of 60%, applicable only under specific conditions. Not all dates or rooms have this percentage.
  • 4.2 Availability: Subject to availability. Applies to selected rooms and specific dates (mainly Sundays or low occupancy). May not apply on: holidays, bridges, special events, and high seasons.
  • 4.3 Variable percentage: The discount may vary depending on the date, room type, and advance purchase. It may be less than 60%; this percentage is the maximum possible and is not guaranteed in general.
  • 4.4 Comparison basis: The discount is calculated based on the public rate (rack rate), including taxes.
  • 4.5 Validity: Promotion for a limited time and subject to changes without prior notice.
  • 4.6 Restrictions: Does not apply with other promotions (not cumulative), corporate agreements, groups, or previously confirmed reservations.
  • 4.7 Mandatory reservation: The discount applies only at the time of booking, not for arrivals without prior reservation.
  • 4.8 Permanent unavailability: The hotel does not guarantee the daily availability of the maximum discount, only respecting the day of the applicable discount.
  • 4.9 Consultation: The current discount can be consulted at the reception of Hotel La Fuente, by phone at 844 450 9200, on the hotel’s website or via WhatsApp. The Promotional Legal Notice is published on the website. “Up to 60% discount on selected dates. Subject to availability.”

5. Group Reservations (5 rooms or more)

  • 5.1 Warranty: The reservation shall be confirmed only with a 50% advance payment of the total estimated amount.
  • 5.2 Advance payment: Must be made within 5 natural days following the reservation confirmation; otherwise, the hotel may release the inventory.
  • 5.3 Payment method: Bank transfer, deposit, or credit card.
  • 5.4 Adjustments: A maximum 20% reduction of rooms is allowed with at least 30 days in advance. Additional or late reductions will incur penalties.
  • 5.5 Cancellations:
    • More than 30 days: Refund of the advance payment less a 20% for administrative charges.
    • 29 to 15 days: 50% charge.
    • Less than 14 days: 80% charge.
  • 5.6 No Show: 100% charge of the total stay of the guaranteed (paid) rooms.
  • 5.7 Damages: The group is responsible for damages to the facilities. A credit card will be requested as guarantee.
  • 5.8 Conduct: Inappropriate behavior (excessive noise, fights, shouting, breaking objects, etc.) may result in service cancellation without refund.
  • 5.9 Final payment: Must be settled 15 days before arrival.
  • 5.10 Last minute reservations: Reservations made with less than 15 days in advance require immediate full payment.

7. Modifications

The Hotel La Fuente reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and without prior notice.

8. General Acceptance

By making a reservation, the guest declares to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
